Andrew Murchie
Founder, AM CIRLCE
AMCIRLCE was built on a simple but powerful belief — that tradespeople shouldn’t have to compete against each other to survive, but instead come together to grow, learn, and build lasting wealth.
After decades in the industry, I’ve seen the power of shared knowledge, streamlined systems, and honest collaboration. AMCIRCLE is here to remove the roadblocks, simplify the process, and give every trade access to the tools, training, and support they need to succeed — not just on one job, but over a lifetime.
As a founding member, I’m here to contribute alongside others who share the same values — to help build something meaningful that supports our industry, our families, and our future.
Maria Rodrigues
Co-Founder, AM CIRLCE
Psychologist | Mindset Strategist | Human Systems Advocate
As a psychologist with over 20 years of experience in transforming human behaviour and systems, my work has always centered on one truth: people thrive when the right support structures are in place.
I co-created AMCIRCLE to bring this truth into the construction and estimating industry — an industry often driven by pressure, isolation, and competition. What if, instead, we led with collaboration, shared systems, and empowered mindsets?
AMCIRCLE is more than a network — it’s a shift in thinking. We exist to support estimators, builders, and trades by creating clearer pathways, reducing stress, and building smarter frameworks that serve both the work and the people doing it. By embedding psychology-informed principles into our systems, we help teams communicate better, trust deeper, and lead with clarity — not chaos.
Our mission is to rewire how the industry operates — so that collaboration becomes the norm, not the exception. Because when the people behind the numbers are supported, the outcomes take care of themselves.
Our Goal
To give every trade and small business in Australia the opportunity to work with a powerful supportive network that shares tools, resources and knowledge creating wealth thought collaboration, not competition.
